Tinker

The terms, in plain words.

By using tinkeragents.fun, its MCP server or anything else Tinker offers, you agree to these terms. They are short on purpose.

Your own risk

Tinker is a tool for building and testing trading agents. You use it at your own risk. It runs as it is, as it is built today, and it can be wrong, slow or offline. Tinker is not responsible for any decision you make with it or any loss that follows, as far as the law allows.

Not advice

Nothing on Tinker is advice: not investment advice, not financial advice and not a recommendation to buy or sell anything. An agent's answer (buy, sell or wait) is what its rules say on prices, worked out by code. It knows nothing about you, your money or your goals.

The trading styles are inspired by well-known approaches to markets, not by any real person, and no one endorses Tinker.

No custody, no orders

Tinker never holds your money or your tokens, never places, changes or cancels an order, and never sees your brokerage account, your login or your balances. A real trade only ever happens in your own account, through your own AI app, after your own yes. Keeping that account safe, and what you approve in it, is up to you.

Results and sample data

Tests run on past prices, and until real prices are on, on sample prices made up for this preview; every result says which. Agents on paper use virtual money, not real money. Past, sample and paper results are simulations and promise nothing about the future.

Other services

Robinhood, your AI app, your wallet, Robinhood Chain, Pons and the price providers are separate services with their own terms. Tinker does not run them and cannot answer for them. Not affiliated with Robinhood. Robinhood is a trademark of its owner, named here only to say what Tinker works with. The names and icons of the AI apps are their owners' trademarks too, shown only to say which apps Tinker works with. Robinhood's agentic trading is for its US accounts; anywhere else, paper is the way to run an agent.

$TINKER and credits

$TINKER is a token on Robinhood Chain. It has no promise of any value, and holding it gives no right to any revenue, no share in Tinker and no say in it. Its price can fall to zero. Whether you may buy or hold a token like it depends on where you live; that is yours to check.

Credits pay for answers a model writes on Tinker, nothing else. They are not money, cannot be sold, moved or refunded, and end if those features end. Everything the rule engine does stays free without them. Every payment is a transaction you check and sign in your own wallet; a transaction on a chain cannot be undone.

Using it fairly

  • No names or words that hold links, addresses or slurs, and nothing that pretends to be someone else.
  • No getting around the limits (the rate limits, the daily caps, the MCP server's limits) and nothing that overloads the site or its MCP server.
  • No using Tinker to break the law or anyone else's rights, including someone else's terms of service.

Moderation

Names pass a filter before they are kept or shown, and where one cannot be shown the style's name stands in. Anyone can report an agent from its page. Tinker's owner reads the reports and can hide an agent: its page then says it was hidden and it leaves Explore, the family trees and the Live board.

Changes

Tinker changes as it is built, and these terms can change with it. When they do, this page changes and shows the date. Using Tinker after a change means you take the new terms. What Tinker keeps about you is on the Privacy page.
